Dr.-Ing. Michael Rackl
My career path led from an apprenticeship as a toolmaker through a mechanical engineering degree and a doctorate at the Technical University of Munich (Mechanical Engineering) to seminar leadership and consultancy. In my main role, I work as Senior Principal, Go-To-Market Data Intelligence & Data Governance at an international software corporation in Munich. There, I evolve the strategy and governance of customer data assets to empower the global sales organisation with data-driven insights, while ensuring alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product. Extended international assignments in Taiwan, the UK and the USA complement my profile. Since 2013, I have been combining scientific and technical expertise with practical applicability and long-standing business experience to deliver measurable results.
